This church building is frame with vinyl siding...the soffits and eaves were new in 2003. This structure has been remodeled in 2001 and 2003 with many new features.

..... Just take a look at the attractive vestibule...the steel double doors were new in 2002...the LP gas central heat and air was also new in 2002.

.... The carpet and vinyl was new in 2003 and all the draperies and curtain rods stay. There is existing wiring under the floor for a public announcement system.

.... The pews and the podium stay with the building and Andersen thermopane windows were installed in the sanctuary in 2003. Some of the floor joists were were installed in 2000. There are also two 1/2 baths and a baby changing table stays in the women's bathroom.

.... The kitchen has nice cabinets...there's a propane range top and a microwave. There are also two window air conditioner units that are sometimes used with the central unit during cooking times and when large crowds are in attendance. Gray Ridge city water services the property.

The furniture, organ and Lesley speaker does not stay with the property. There is a handicap ramp at the front entrance to the building. Directions: Hwy. 60 East to 'N' Highway at Hunterville Road, then turn left or north and go approximately 3 miles, turn right onto Co. Rd. 544 at Circle City...look for church on the left.
