Gaylan, ‘Our Encourager’, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 16, 2000. He was so special to his family and many friends and always looked for the good and the positive in each person and in every situation. The love and the legacy he has left us is best said in God’s scripture.
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy –think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me or seen in me–put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” (Philippians 4:8-9)
“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” (Galatians 6:10)
We, his family and co-workers of the former Collier Co. Realty, have left his page as it was so that you too could know something about Gaylan Collier if you had not had the opportunity to meet him and know him as we did.
We ask for your prayers as we trust God for His strength and comfort in the days, weeks, and years ahead. May God bless you and yours!
